Refund & Refund Policy

Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. And all goods sold are final sales, except if there are manufacturing defects.

Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receiving them. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchange should the goods becomes not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

** Please choose carefully however as we do not refund simply for a change of mind circumstances.

What should I do if the goods received are not as per my order or not in good condition?

Should you receive the wrong item, or discover that goods are damaged at the time of delivery, you may either: (1) return to our delivery team immediately, or (2) contact us at +65 9636 4770 to arrange for the next delivery trip. We will replace those goods as soon as we can or full refund amount paid less the carriage costs incurred.

Can I cancel my order after I made payment?

Yes. We can cancel your order as long as the order hasn’t been processed. Thus, please send us an email immediately after your payment at info@spaceliving.com.sg / spaceliving07@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order Refund” in order to inform us about the cancellation order. We will do the full refund to you within 14 days if the order hasn’t been processed after we confirmed receiving your payment.

**Note: Orders that are in shipping or shipped cannot be canceled.
